Website access
When you visit this website, our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the website. This may include:
- your IP address;
- date and time of access;
- requested page or file;
- referring page;
- browser, operating system and device information;
- HTTP status code.
We process this information to provide a secure, reliable website and to prevent misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Server logs are deleted after 30 days, unless they must be retained longer to investigate a specific security incident or comply with a legal obligation.
Contact form
If you use our contact form, we process:
- your name;
- your email address;
- telephone number or company, if applicable;
- the content of your message;
- the date and time of your request;
- related technical information needed to transmit the form.
Required fields are marked as such. Without this information, we may be unable to receive or answer your request.
When your request concerns our services or a possible contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business communications under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We retain enquiries until they have been answered and for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with follow-up questions or possible legal claims. Information subject to statutory accounting or tax obligations is retained for the legally required period.

Where this occurs, the transfer is based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses together with any necessary additional safeguards.

5. No user accounts
Devopweb does not offer registration, personal user accounts or a private customer area.
Analytics or tracking providers may assign a pseudonymous identifier to a visitor after consent has been given. This does not create a Devopweb user account.
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects under Article 22 GDPR.
6. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you have the right to:
- request access to your personal data;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion of your data;
- restrict processing;
- receive data you provided in a portable format;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- withdraw consent at any time with future effect;
- lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.
